All Calculated shipping is based on ground floor access, please Note Deliveries to Apartments or where there is excessive stairs will incur an additional fee. Contact our store to place your order.

Please also be aware that complimentary delivery or inclusive delivery is contingent upon a $120 fee. This fee will be deducted from any warranty or refund issued.

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders place outside of business days will be process the following business day. Weekends are not business day and will not be counted in the estimated timeframe.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, you will be contact via email or telephone.
